Glitter & Gloom began in 2010 when a long-term member of our community wanted to put together a big event. The storytelling staff of Baltimore by Night was asked to host and they readily agreed. The success of the first event led to subsequent hostings and now, a decade and a half later, the event is a regular affair and is eagerly anticipated.
While this will be our 15th year hosted, it will actually only be our 13th event. The lost years of the COVID-19 Pandemic caused us to postpone our event plans for the safety of our community. The 10th event in 2020 sent us all into a dismal world of lockdowns and isolation. However, two years later we returned in a big way! With the help of the incredible staff of the Lord Baltimore Hotel, we put on our biggest Glitter & Gloom to date!
